Book Online

Tickets to all Capitol Theatre shows can be made online through Ticketmaster or by calling 1300 558 878 and selecting option 1.

Book In Person

For in person bookings, you can visit our Box Office from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Our Box Office is also open from 11am on Saturday & Sunday (when performances are scheduled). Box Office cannot assist with general ticket sales from 1.5 hours prior to any performance time and does not usually operate on Public Holidays. Check performance times here.

Group Bookings

Have a fabulous night out with your friends, family or colleagues. Group bookings receive a discount for bulk purchases. To make a group booking please email your request.
WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION CARD

Please email us to request a call back. Our Box Office will call you to complete your booking as soon as possible, between the hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. *Companion card bookings are not available on packaged seats.

Ticketmaster

Ticketmaster is the authorised ticket seller for the Capitol Theatre. Please be aware that the Capitol Theatre has no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers, as these may be invalid tickets. If you attend with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree or otherwise, you may be refused entry. Mobile Tickets

Mobile Delivery ticketing is like Print-at-Home tickets but instead of having to print off the tickets yourself, you can just show the ticket barcode on your mobile phone. If you have a mobile ticket, make sure you have your ticket ready on your phone, with the QR bar code clearly visible for scanning at the auditorium doors. To access your mobile ticket, log into your Ticketmaster account from your phone. Please make sure your phone is fully charged and have screen brightness set to full so your ticket can be scanned. If you are unable to do that, don’t worry, we can try scan them from your phone, and if that doesn’t work, our Box Office will be able to re-print them for you. Do not try to print your mobile tickets as these will not be accepted for entry.

Indulge With a VIP Package

When you purchase two Capitol Class tickets you will receive two Premium or A-Reserve tickets, a souvenir show program, two glasses of French Champagne (or other bar selection), two of our famous theatre Choc Top Ice Creams and handmade Australian chocolate bar.

Capitol Class packages are available for collection from the VIP collection counter in the theatre Stalls foyer before the show.
